目的研究皱纹盘鲍性腺正丁醇萃取相的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备薄层层析等手段对化合物进行分离纯化;应用理化性质和波谱分析(1H NMR,13C NMR,MS)并结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果与结论从皱纹盘鲍性腺的正丁醇萃取相分离并鉴定了8个单体化合物,即:焦谷氨酸甲酯,1-甲基胸腺嘧啶,2’-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷,尿嘧啶,2’-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷,3-Hydroxy-4-hydroxymethyl-4-butanolides,尿嘧啶核苷,3-甲基胸腺嘧啶。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of n-butanol extraction phase of abalone Haliotis discus hannai. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative thin-layer chromatography. The compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis (1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS) structure. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Eight monomer compounds were isolated from the n-butanol extract phase of the gonads of abalone Haliotis discus hannai, that is, methyl pyroglutamate, 1-methylthymidine, 2’-deoxythymidine, Pyrimidine, 2’-deoxyuridine, 3-Hydroxy-4-hydroxymethyl-4-butanolides, uridine, 3-methylthymidine.
