介绍了变速器箱体降噪设计的方法和在轻型汽车变速器箱体设计中取得的成果。降低汽车变速器噪声的方法有两种,第一是降低或消除噪声源,第二是阻止或切断噪声外传的途径。在通常情况下,把声源的噪声降低到一定程度之后,再进一步降低就非常困难了,因此,很难完全消除噪声源。如果在阻止噪声传播方面采取一些措施,一般不会增加太多的成本,却常常可以获得令人满意的效果。本文介绍一些阻止噪声传播的方法,以及我厂在变速器箱体降噪设计方面积累的一些经验。
The method of noise reduction design for transmission case and the achievements made in the design of light vehicle transmission case are introduced. There are two ways to reduce the noise of a vehicle transmission. The first is to reduce or eliminate the noise source. The second is to stop or cut off the noise transmission. Under normal circumstances, the noise reduction to a certain extent, the further reduction is very difficult, so it is difficult to completely eliminate the noise source. If measures are taken to stop the spread of noise, generally not to increase too much cost, it is often possible to obtain satisfactory results. This article describes some ways to stop the spread of noise, as well as my plant noise reduction in the transmission box design accumulated some experience.
