以6个耐寒性不同的番茄品种为试材,经8、12、15和25℃温度处理后,测定苗期和开花期ABA、可溶性糖含量和呼吸强度。结果表明,随处理温度的降低,ABA和可溶性糖的含量逐渐增加,低温下(8和12℃)ABA和可溶性糖的含量与品种的耐寒性呈显著或极显著正相关,且苗期和开花期表现一致。呼吸强度随处理温度的降低而下降,开花期高于苗期,但与番茄品种耐寒性相关性不明显。
Six tomato cultivars with different cold tolerance were used as test materials. After treated with 8, 12, 15 and 25 ℃, ABA, soluble sugar content and respiration intensity at seedling and flowering stage were measured. The results showed that the content of ABA and soluble sugar increased gradually with the decrease of treatment temperature. The contents of ABA and soluble sugar at low temperature (8 and 12 ℃) were significantly or very significantly positively correlated with the cold tolerance of the cultivars, The same period. The respiration intensity decreased with the decrease of the treatment temperature, and the flowering stage was higher than the seedling stage, but the correlation between the respiration rate and the cold tolerance of tomato varieties was not obvious.
