目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理技术在眼眶骨折中的应用价值。方法对65例眼眶骨折病例进行MSCT检查,并通过多平面重组(MPR)、表面遮盖成像(SSD)、容积再现成像(VR)进行图像后处理,观察眼眶骨折的细节及全貌。结果 65例中右眼眶骨折38例,左眼眶骨折27例。单纯眶壁骨折39例,复合骨折26例。其中单纯眶内侧壁骨折22例,单纯眶下壁骨折8例,单纯眶外侧壁骨折6例,单纯眶上壁骨折3例;眶内壁合并眶下壁骨折14例,眶内壁合并眶外壁骨折6例,眶上壁合并眶内壁骨折4例,眶内壁合并视神经管骨折2例。44例筛窦积液,41例眼内直肌增粗,22例上颌窦积液,20例眼下直肌增粗,眼球周围积气28例。结论 MSCT后处理技术在眼眶骨折诊断中有重要的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) post-processing technique in orbital fracture. Methods Sixty-five cases of orbital fracture were examined by MSCT. The images were processed by multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), surface occlusion imaging (SSD) and volume rendering imaging (VR). The details and the whole picture of orbital fracture were observed. Results In 65 cases, 38 cases were right orbital fractures and 27 cases were left orbital fractures. 39 cases of simple orbital fracture, composite fracture in 26 cases. There were 22 simple orbital wall fractures, 8 simple orbital wall fractures, 6 simple orbital wall fractures, 3 simple orbital wall fractures, 14 orbital wall orbital wall fractures, orbital wall and orbital wall fracture 6 Cases, 4 cases of supraorbital wall orbital wall fracture, orbital wall with optic canal fracture in 2 cases. 44 cases of ethmoid effusion, 41 cases of intraocular rectus muscle thickening, 22 cases of maxillary sinus fluid, 20 cases of rectus muscle under the eye, 28 cases of gas around the eye. Conclusion MSCT post-processing techniques in the diagnosis of orbital fractures have an important value.
