持续光线照射可诱发鸡眼球增大。本文研究持续光照(24小时光照:0小时黑暗/天)对鸡眼内压、角膜弯曲度、房水蛋白及房水引流系统超微结构的影响,并与对照组(12小时光照:12小时黑暗/天)进行了比较。结果显示对照组鸡眼内压昼夜有规律地变化。在持续光照下,鸡限内压昼夜变化消失,角膜弯曲度明显减少。房水蛋白光密度测定显示两组间无显著差异。组织学检查未发现两组间显著性差异,提示在持续光照下,鸡眼球增大并非因限内压增高所致。本文对可能的机制进行了探讨。
Continuous light exposure can induce chicken eyeball increases. The effects of continuous light (24 hours light: 0 hours dark / day) on the intraocular pressure of the corns, corneal curvature, aqueous humor protein and aqueous humor drainage system were studied in this paper. Compared with the control group (12 hours light: 12 hours dark / Day) were compared. The results showed that the control group intraocular pressure regularly changing day and night. Under continuous light, the change of diurnal variation of internal pressure of chicken disappeared and the corneal curvature decreased significantly. Aqueous protein optical density measurement showed no significant difference between the two groups. Histological examination found no significant difference between the two groups, suggesting that under continuous light, the enlargement of the eye is not due to increased pressure limit. This article explores the possible mechanisms.
