规范要求卷材应铺设在干燥的基层上。但在施工中,特别是在南方地区,要达到这个要求比较困难。在找平层中预留与大气连通的孔道,在施工与使用中又常常容易发生阻塞,反而会造成卷材层起鼓。因此,我单位在南方地区长期施工中,对卷材屋面湿贴法施工做了一些尝试和探索。实践证明,卷材屋面湿贴法施工不受基层干燥的限制,而且能保证工程质量,缩短工期。具体做法是:在预制结构屋面上,做水泥砂浆找平层,完后2~4
