美国营销学家科特勒教授将著名的市场营销组合理论——产品(Product)、价格(Price)、地点(Place)、促销(Promotion)称为市场营销战术4Ps:1984年他提出了公共关系(Public Rela-tions)、政治权力(Political Power)两大市场营销技巧;1986年他又提出了探查(Probing)、分割(Partitioning)、优先(Prioritizing)、定位(Positioning)的市场营销战略4Ps 理论。Probing(探查或研究)是一个医学用语,本意是指医生对病人进行深入细致的彻底的检查。在营销学上,Probing 实际上就是市场营销调研(Marketing Research),其含义是在市场营销观念的指导下,以满足消费
