以2012年河南省18个地市的城镇建设用地为研究对象,运用空间权重矩阵、空间自相关性检验和空间计量模型,对河南省18个地市的城镇建设用地及扩展的驱动因素进行空间计量研究.研究结果表明:(1)河南省城镇建设用地的扩展存在着空间正相关性,且在郑州、新乡、焦作、济源存在“高-高”集聚的局部空间正相关;(2)城镇化率、第二产业产值、社会消费品零售额和第三产业产值是河南省城镇建设用地扩展的主要因素,说明工业化、城镇化的快速推进是城镇建设用地扩展的主导因素,其中前三个因素对河南省城镇建设用地扩展起着正向促进作用,而第三产业产值起着一定的抑制作用,说明河南省应在调整产业结构中大力发展第三产业,走新型城镇化、新型工业化道路.
Taking urban construction land in 18 cities of Henan Province in 2012 as the research object, space weight matrix, spatial autocorrelation test and spatial econometric model were used to make space for urban construction land and expansion in 18 cities in Henan Province The results show that: (1) there is a positive spatial correlation between the expansion of urban construction land in Henan Province and the local spatial aggregation of “high-high” in Zhengzhou, Xinxiang, Jiaozuo and Jiyuan; (2) ) The urbanization rate, the output value of secondary industry, the retail sales of social consumer goods and the output value of tertiary industry are the major factors for the expansion of urban construction land in Henan Province. It shows that the rapid promotion of industrialization and urbanization is the dominant factor in the expansion of urban construction land. Among them, This factor plays a positive role in promoting the expansion of urban construction land in Henan Province, while the output value of the tertiary industry plays a restraining role, indicating that Henan Province should vigorously develop the tertiary industry in the adjustment of industrial structure and take a new urbanization and a new type of industrialization the way.
