专家风采:王光谦,男,1962年4月出生于河南南阳,曾先后获得武汉水利电力学院工学学士,清华大学水利工程硕士、博士学位,现任民盟第九届中央委员,第十届全国政协常委、人口资源环境委员会委员,清华大学教授,博士生导师,教育部水沙科学重点实验室主任,“长江奖励计划”特聘教授。主要从事水力学与河流动力学教学与科研工作。发表学术论文150余篇。关于固液两相流理论及其应用的成果,获得中国高校自然科学一等奖和国家教委科技进步二等奖;关于泥沙运动基本理论的成果,获得教育部自然科学一等奖。1997年承担三峡工程大江截流口门区水流特性计算和戗堤坍塌稳定性分析,成果获国家科技进步一等奖。承担国家重大基础研究规划(973)项目“黄河流域水资源演化规律与可再生性维持机理”第七课题,国家自然科学基金重大项目“江河泥沙灾害形成机理及防治措施研究”第六课题,“数字黄河”工程总体规划及黄河水量调度系统、塔里木河水量调度系统重大生产课题。2007年受聘担任《河南水利与南水北调》杂志专家委员会名誉主任。
Expert style: Wang Guangqian, male, born in April 1962 in Nanyang, Henan Province, has received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Wuhan University of Hydraulic and Electric Engineering and a master’s degree and a doctorate in water conservancy from Tsinghua University. Now he is a member of the Ninth Central Committee of the NLD and a member of the 10th CPPCC National Committee , Member of Population, Resources and Environment Committee, tutor of Tsinghua University, doctoral tutor, director of Key Laboratory of runoff and sediment science of the Ministry of Education, and distinguished professor of “Yangtze River Award Scheme”. Mainly engaged in hydraulics and river dynamics teaching and research work. Published more than 150 academic papers. On the theory of solid-liquid two-phase flow and its applications, the first prize of natural sciences in China’s universities and the second prize of science and technology progress of the State Education Commission were obtained. The first prize of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education was obtained on the basic theory of sediment movement. In 1997, it undertook the calculation of water flow characteristics and the collapse stability of the embankment in the estuary area of the Three Gorges Project. The achievements won the first prize of national scientific and technological progress. Undertake the seventh major project of “National Basic Research Program of China (973)”, “Maintaining Laws of Water Resources Evolution and Renewables in the Yellow River Basin”, Major Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, “Research on Formation Mechanism and Prevention Measures of Rivers and Silt Disasters” Sixth issue, “Digital Yellow River” project master plan and the Yellow River water regulation system, Tarim River water regulation system major production issues. 2007 hired as “Henan Water Conservancy and Water Diversion” magazine expert committee honorary director.
