目的:观察日本血吸虫童虫细胞在体外培养过程中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的动态变化,探讨培养细胞的退化过程。方法:应用邻苯三酚自氧化法及硫代巴比妥酸法分别测定童虫细胞在培养0-54d过程中SOD和MDA含量的变化。结果:在培养第12dSOD出现一个高峰,以后一直处于低平状态。MDA在培养第18d和第48d分别各有一个高峰,其后均逐渐降低。结论:日本血吸虫童虫培养细胞呈逐步退化过程。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the dynamic changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in Schistosoma japonicum Schistosoma japonicum cells cultured in vitro and to explore the degeneration process of cultured cells. Methods: The content of SOD and MDA in schistosoma cells cultured for 0-54 days were determined by pyrogallol autoxidation method and thiobarbituric acid method, respectively. Results: There was a peak of SOD at the 12th day after culture, and remained low afterwards. MDA had a peak at 18th day and 48th day after culture, and then gradually decreased. Conclusion: Schistosoma japonicum Schistosoma japonicum cultured cells gradually degenerated.
