当多机头冷水机组串联满液式换热器流程数量大于1时,至少1台换热器内存在水温分段现象。通常设计时未考虑该现象对机组性能的影响。采用分段计算的方法对双机头机组换热器内的水温分布进行了校核计算。结果表明,计算压比较设计压比分别偏离了4.9%和-6.42%,为压缩机、节流孔板的优化设计提供了依据。测试发现机组能效提高了2.26%。
When the number of multi-head chillers tandem full liquid heat exchanger process is greater than 1, at least one heat exchanger exists in the water temperature phenomenon. The design is usually not considered when the impact of the phenomenon of unit performance. The method of piecewise calculation was used to check the water temperature distribution in the double-head unit heat exchanger. The results show that the calculated pressure ratio deviates from the design pressure ratio by 4.9% and -6.42% respectively, which provides the basis for the optimal design of compressor and throttle plate. The test found that the unit energy efficiency increased by 2.26%.
