目的探讨中药方剂Ⅰ号对小鼠前列腺增生的治疗效果及其对前列腺细胞bcl-2、bax、c-myc基因表达的影响。方法对尿生殖窦植入诱发的前列腺增生小鼠,分组观察中药方剂Ⅰ号组、生理盐水组、保列治组前列腺重量,应用流式细胞术(FCM)检测小鼠前列腺细胞bcl-2、bax、c-myc基因表达的变化。结果中药方剂I号组前列腺重量明显减轻,bcl2的表达显著降低,bax的表达显著升高(P均<0.05)。结论中药方剂Ⅰ号对小鼠良性前列腺增生有明显治疗作用,其作用机制可能是通过调节前列腺细胞相关基因,使前列腺细胞凋亡率升高,从而使前列腺体积缩小,重量减轻。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal formula I on benign prostatic hyperplasia in mice and its effect on the expression of bcl-2, bax and c-myc genes in prostate cells. Methods The prostatic hyperplasia induced by urogenital sinus implantation was used to observe the weight of prostate in Chinese medicine prescription I group, saline group, and Baozhi group, and bcl-2 was detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Changes in bax and c-myc gene expression. RESULTS: The weight of the prostate was significantly reduced, the expression of bcl2 was significantly decreased, and the expression of bax was significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese Herbal Formula I has a significant therapeutic effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia in mice. The mechanism of action may be through regulating the genes associated with prostate cells and increasing the rate of apoptosis of prostate cells, which leads to a decrease in prostate volume and weight.
