This article reports the dose-response relationship of chromosomal aberrations in human peripheral blood lymphocytes irradiated by mixed neutron-gamma rays. The radiation source used in this experiment is the reactor neutron therapy converter (RENT). The average energy of the neutron is 1.6 MeV. Under the standard conditions, when the distance from the source is 560 cm, the kinetic energy of neutron k_n is 0.234 ~ 0.206 Gy ~ (-1), γ ray Kr is 0.070 ~ 0.063Gy points ~ (-1). In the 0.041 ~ 1.97Gy dose range a total of 13 dose points. Human peripheral blood was irradiated with 14.5 MeV neutrons, cultured for 46 hours, stained with FPG method to analyze the first mitotic cells, the experimental group analyzed 10,100 cells, and the control group analyzed 2,400 cells.
