新华印刷二厂党委自一九七九年开始建立党日活动制度。二十多年来,党委主要领导换了好几任,党办室主任也换了好几任,但每月制订党日活动安排的做法一直延续至今。该厂党日活动一直定为每个星期四的下午,时间为一小时左右,每月活动四至五次,全年约五十次。党日活动安排通常由党委书记或专职副书记与党办室共同商定,由党办室和基层党支部负责落实。每月党日活动安排于上月末或当月初,提前发至党委成员、基层支部书记手中。全厂各基层支部、全体党员均按统一 Xinhua Printing Plant Party Committee since 1979, the establishment of party activities.
