良性颅高压(BIH)系指脑脊液(CSF)吸收障碍所致的颅内压增高征,其脑室系统、CSF的解剖通路和CSF成份均正常,颅内无占位性病变,预后多良好。本文报导16年收治36例,女性较男性多见(25:11),平均年龄26岁(女性30岁,男性16岁),同文献报告。75%病例可找到一种以上的诱因,计:内分泌功能紊乱(包括月经不规则、妊娠、口服避孕药)、中耳或乳突炎、感染、药物反应和贫血等。临床表现:除头痛呕吐和视乳头水肿外,5例有球后
Benign intracranial hypertension (BIH) is a sign of increased intracranial pressure due to malabsorption of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The ventricle system, the anatomical pathways of CSF, and CSF components are normal. There is no occupying lesion in the brain and the prognosis is good. This article reported that 36 cases were admitted to the hospital in 16 years. Women were more common than men (25:11). The average age was 26 years (30 years for women and 16 years for men). More than one cause can be found in 75% of cases, including: endocrine disorders (including irregular menstruation, pregnancy, oral contraceptives), middle ear or mastoiditis, infections, drug reactions, and anemia.
