建立了一套石英弹簧称重法测定混合溶剂高分子溶液汽液平衡的实验装置,实验结果表明,采用多个样品池增加溶剂吸收量、利用汽相pVT数据测量值并结合物料衡算求得平衡时的汽液相组成的方法,可减小实验误差,汽液相的误差小于5%。用该装置测定了丁酮/甲苯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和丁酮/丙酮/PMMA两个三元系在308.15K下的汽液平衡数据。结果显示,由于甲苯的加入,丁酮在PMMA中的溶解性有了提高,而丁酮的存在则不利于甲苯在PMMA中的溶解。丙酮和丁酮在三元系中的溶解行为与它们单独在PMMA中的溶解行为基本一致。
A set of quartz spring weighing method was established for measuring the vapor-liquid equilibrium of the mixed solvent polymer solution. The experimental results show that using multiple sample cells to increase the solvent absorption, using the measured value of vapor phase pVT data combined with the material balance calculation The equilibrium vapor-liquid phase method can reduce the experimental error, the vapor-liquid phase error is less than 5%. The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of butanone / toluene / polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and butanone / acetone / PMMA ternary system at 308.15K were measured with this apparatus. The results showed that due to the addition of toluene, the solubility of butanone in PMMA increased, but the presence of methyl ethyl ketone was not conducive to the dissolution of toluene in PMMA. The dissolution behavior of acetone and butanone in ternary system is basically the same as their dissolution behavior in PMMA.
