目的观察并分析前瞻性护理管理在消毒供应室中的应用效果。方法随机选择80个护理物品,比较对其实施前瞻性护理管理前后的灭菌、包装、洗涤以及发放的合格率。同时随意抽查本院消毒供应室的6名工作者,对其服务工作的满意度作细致的问卷调查,比较实施前瞻性护理管理前后其护理工作的满意度。结果在采用前瞻性护理管理方法之前,消毒供应室工作者的护理工作满意度为85.71%,而实施之后的护理工作满意度为100%。同时,实施前瞻性护理管理之后的护理效果明显优于实施之前,其比较差异具有统计学上的意义(P<0.05)。结论前瞻性护理管理应用在消毒供应室中,能够有效地转变工作者的护理理念,提升护理质量,提高护理工作的满意度,同时能够降低患者医院感染的发生,值得广泛地推广。 Objective To observe and analyze the effect of prospective nursing management in disinfection and supply room. Methods A total of 80 nursing items were randomly selected to compare the sterilization rate, packaging rate, washing rate and delivery rate before and after the implementation of prospective nursing management. In the meantime, six workers in the disinfection and supply room of our hospital were randomly selected for detailed questionnaires on the satisfaction of their service work. The satisfaction of nursing work before and after the implementation of prospective nursing management was compared. Results Before the prospective nursing management approach was taken, the satisfaction of nursing staff in sterilized supply room was 85.71%, while the satisfaction of nursing work after implementation was 100%. At the same time, the nursing effect after implementing the prospective nursing management was obviously superior to that before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The prospective nursing management application in the disinfection supply room can effectively change the worker’s nursing concept, improve the nursing quality, improve the nursing satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of the nosocomial infection in patients. It is worth widely disseminating.
