应用PCR技术检测20例急性淋巴细胞白血病TcRγ基因(VγI,Jγ_(1-2))重排,其扩增产物的长度为400bp左右。初治和复发的13例患儿中有7例检出TcRγ基因重排,其中复发的3例患儿均有TcRγ基因重排,完全缓解的7例患儿中有4例检出TcRγ基因重排,此4例患儿目前继续维持治疗,尚无复发之临床表现。TcRγ基因重排几乎存在于全部的T-ALL和大部分B-ALL中,其稳定性强。对TcRγ基因重排的检测可用于协助急淋患儿的诊断及长期监测。进一步研究对指导治疗,判断预后和发病机理的研究有重要意义。
PCR technique was used to detect the rearrangement of TcRγ gene (VγI, Jγ_ (1-2)) in 20 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The amplified product was about 400bp in length. TcRγ gene rearrangement was detected in 7 out of 13 newly diagnosed and relapsed patients, including 3 cases of recurrent TcRγ gene rearrangement, and 4 of 7 complete remission cases detected TcRγ gene weight Row, the 4 cases of children currently continue to maintain treatment, there is no clinical manifestations of recurrence. TcRγ gene rearrangement is almost stable in all T-ALL and most B-ALL. The detection of TcRγ gene rearrangements can be used to assist in the diagnosis and long-term monitoring of acute lymphocytic children. Further research on the guiding treatment, prognosis and pathogenesis of great significance.
