通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对纸基摩擦材料的微观结构进行分析,探究纸页匀度、树脂浸渍量和树脂种类对其磨损性能的影响。结果表明:纸页匀度差,容易造成树脂的局部富集,引起摩擦过程中应力的集中,材料的磨损严重;匀度良好的纸页制作摩擦材料,表面均匀、平实,磨损率低;纸基摩擦材料中树脂含量在28%左右磨损率最低;相同的摩擦条件下,双酚A型硼酚醛树脂浸渍的材料摩擦性能稳定性高,磨损率小,优于2123酚醛树脂。
The microstructure of paper-based friction materials was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the influence of paper formation, resin impregnation and resin types on the wear properties was investigated. The results show that: the evenness of paper can easily lead to the local enrichment of resin, causing the concentration of stress in the process of rubbing and serious abrasion of the material; the friction material made of paper with good uniformity has the advantages of uniform surface, Under the same friction condition, the bisphenol A-type boron-phenolic resin impregnated material has high frictional stability and low wear rate, which is better than that of 2123 phenolic resin.
