目的研究鹅胆Anser anser的化学成分。方法采用各种现代色谱手段对其化学成分进行分离,利用理化性质结合光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为正四十二烷酸(Ⅰ)、胆甾醇(Ⅱ)、正十六烷酸(Ⅲ)、十六烷酸甘油酯(Ⅳ)、methyl-3α,7α-dihydroxy-5β-cholan-24-oate(Ⅴ)、3α,7α-二羟基-5β-胆甾烷-24-酸(Ⅵ)、烟酰胺(Ⅶ)、n-butyl-3α,7α-dihydroxy-5β-cholan-24-oate(Ⅷ)、正十八烷酸(Ⅸ)、3α,7α-dihydroxy-5β-cho-lan-oic acidN-(2-sulfoethyl)amide(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ、Ⅶ~Ⅹ为首次从该属动物胆汁中分离得到,并首次报道了化合物Ⅷ的波谱数据。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Anser anser. Methods A variety of modern chromatographic methods were used to isolate the chemical constituents. The physicochemical properties were combined with the spectral data to identify the compound structure. Results 10 compounds were isolated and identified, n-tetracosanoic acid (I), cholesterol (II), n-hexadecanoic acid (III), glyceryl hexadecanoate (IV), methyl-3α, 7α, respectively. -dihydroxy-5β-cholan-24-oate(V), 3α,7α-dihydroxy-5β-cholestane-24-acid (VI), nicotinamide (VII), n-butyl-3α, 7α-dihydroxy- 5β-cholan-24-oate (VIII), n-octadecanoic acid (IX), 3α, 7α-dihydroxy-5β-cho-lan-oic acid N-(2-sulfoethyl)amide (X). Conclusion Compounds I-V and VII-X were isolated from bile of the genus for the first time. The spectral data of compound VIII was reported for the first time.
