利用几种常用的保鲜剂硝酸银、硫酸铝、次氯酸钠、蔗糖及碳酸水等不同浓度和互配药剂对万寿菊 (TageteserectaL .)鲜切花瓶插的综合保鲜效果进行了对比试验 .切花外部形态、生理效应及保鲜液变化的连续测定结果表明 ,50 ppm硝酸银 + 3%蔗糖和 3%蔗糖此两种保鲜剂对万寿菊鲜切花均有良好的保鲜效果 .其中 50ppm硝酸银 + 3%蔗糖的保鲜剂保鲜效果最佳 .其花的寿命 ( 1 6d)比对照 ( 1 2d)延长了 4d ,鲜重也到了 1 4d才有减少趋势 ,而对照第 7d就有下降趋势 .3mM硫酸铝、40ppm次氯酸钠 + 50 %碳酸水 (汽水 ) +自来水和自来水的保鲜效果与对照相比稍差
