试验了直流电弧炉炉底用石墨12%~14%,镁砂86%~88%导电捣打料,在不同状态下的电阻车和耐压强度,并用岩相分析研究了试样的显微结构;50kg直流电弧炉炼钢试验表明,该导电捣打料具有良好的导电性和耐侵蚀性。
In the experiment, 12% ~ 14% graphite, 86% ~ 88% conductive ramming material of magnesia at the bottom of DC EAF were tested, and the resistance carriages and compressive strength under different conditions were tested. Structure; 50kg DC EAF steelmaking tests show that the conductive ramming material has good conductivity and erosion resistance.
