合金钢中铝的比色法,报导颇多,但在使用中大都感到不够满意。本文采用二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸二乙胺(简称DDDC)分离铁、镍、铜、钼等合金元素,继用8-羟基喹啉萃取-光度法测定铝,同时,又应用改变萃取溶液酸度和添加掩蔽剂等方法,以消除锰、铬、钛、铌等元素的干扰,从而简化了分析步骤,使溶样后的操作时间缩短在半小时内就可完成。
