1 系统组成机车自动换档系统如图1。其中 IN 信号为前端检测信号处理电路的输出信号。IN 经光电耦合4N26输入到单片机,由单片机经程序处理后通过芯片8155输出控制换档工作信号,经后面输出放大电路放大芯片的功率后直接驱动换档的执行单元实现自动换档。同时配数码管状态显示部分。前端检测信号及处理过程如图2。
