合作,是一种重要的社会行为品质,是儿童适应行为的一个重要方面,更是儿童社会性教育的重要组成部分。欧洲著名的心理分析家A·阿德勒提出:假使一个儿童未曾学会合作之道,他必定会走向孤僻之途,并产生牢固的自卑情绪,严重影响他一生的发展。《幼儿园指导纲要》要求幼儿能主动地参与各项活动,有信心;乐意与人交往,学习互助,合作和分享。因此在幼儿期让孩子学会合作显得至关重要!《3~6岁儿童学习与发展指南》也指出:幼儿社会领域的学习与发展过程是其社会性不断完善
