目的:建立一种X线头影测量分析的新方法,并建立相应的正常值。方法:选择符合An-drews正常牙合、面部比例协调的中国人80例,男女各40例,平均年龄21.9岁,通过测量常用参照平面与N-Me夹角的均数、标准差、最小值、最大值及极差。结果:发现Bo-N-Me均数非常接近60°,且具有最小的标准差和极差。依据与Bolton平面呈60°角平面为参考平面,称之为鼻根垂直线(nasionvertical,NV),建立一种X线头影测量方法。结论:鼻根垂直线分析方法是一种全新的头影测量新方法,可同时对上颌与颅骨、下颌与颅骨、上下颌基骨、牙齿与颅骨、牙齿与基骨以及面部垂直关系作出评价。
Objective: To establish a new method of X-ray cephalometric analysis and establish corresponding normal values. Methods: Eighty Chinese were enrolled in this study. The average age was 21.9 years.
