已有报道证实尿素可以使霍乱弧菌和大肠杆菌的细胞溶解。本文用棋盘格免疫吸印技术(CBIB)研究了用尿素诱导产毒素大肠杆菌(ETEC)释放LT的可能性,并与多粘菌素B的作用加以比较。采用可分别产生H-LT-1、H-LT-2、H-LT-3和P-LT的四种参考菌株:大肠杆菌H-74-114、H-10407、H-240-3和P-60。还用了30株来源于人的大肠杆菌和30株来源于猪的大肠杆菌。将上述细菌细胞分别接种到含8M尿素的毒素释放缓冲液和多粘菌素B
It has been reported that urea can dissolve cells of Vibrio cholerae and Escherichia coli. In this study, we investigated the possibility of releasing LT from urea-producing toxin-producing Escherichia coli (ETEC) using the chessboard immunoblot assay (CBIB) and compared it with that of polymyxin B. Four reference strains that can produce H-LT-1, H-LT-2, H-LT-3 and P-LT: Escherichia coli H-74-114, H- 10407, H-240-3 and P -60. Thirty strains of Escherichia coli derived from human and 30 strains of Escherichia coli derived from porcine were also used.
