从理论上研究了在一定长KTP情况下LD纵向泵浦Nd:YVO4/KTP腔内倍频激光器的绿光输出与腔长、输出镜曲率半径及泵浦光斑半径等参数的关系。根据分析选择了一组实验参数,在入射泵浦功率为668.7mw时获得了153.9mw的绿光输出,光一光转换效率为23%。将实验结果与理论计算值进行了比较,两者符合较好。
The relationship between the green output and the length of the cavity, the radius of the output mirror and the radius of the pump spot in the LD longitudinally pumped Nd: YVO4 / KTP laser was studied theoretically. Based on the analysis, a set of experimental parameters was selected and a green output of 153.9 mw was obtained with an incident pump power of 668.7 mw, with a light-to-light conversion efficiency of 23%. The experimental results and theoretical calculations were compared, both in good agreement.
