目的观察乌头汤及其拆方对寒湿型类风湿性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法将经中医辨证为寒湿痹证的类风湿性关节炎伴贫血患者60例随机分为乌头汤组(15例)、川乌麻黄组(15例)、乌头汤去川乌麻黄组(15例)、甲氨蝶呤组(15例)进行分组给药,观察Das28评分及HB、PLT等血清学指标。结果乌头汤组、川乌麻黄组治疗后Das28评分明显降低,优于其他治疗组(P<0.05);乌头汤组明显改善HB、PLT水平,优于西药对照组及其他拆方组合(P<0.05)。结论乌头汤原方及其部分拆方组合,能够缓解临床症状,明显改善血清中HB、PLT水平。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of aconite decoction and its decomposed formulas on patients with rheumatoid arthritis of alpine type. Methods 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis with anemia of alpine rheumatoid arthritis with TCM syndrome differentiation were randomly divided into aconite group (15 cases), Chuanhushuhuang group (15 cases), aconite decoction group (15 cases) and methotrexate group (15 cases). The serum Das28 score and HBsAg, PLT and other serological parameters were observed. Results The scores of Das28 in Awutang group and Chuanhushuhuang group were significantly lower than those in the other treatment groups (P <0.05), and the levels of HBs and PLTs in the Aotuetang group were significantly better than those in the control group and other combinations P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of the prescription and part of Aconite Decoction can relieve clinical symptoms and significantly improve the levels of HB and PLT in serum.
