建立了一种基于近红外光谱相似度的中药提取物质量控制方法。从5种中药提取物中随机划分校正集与验证集,取与校正集样品平均光谱的相似度大于99%的样品作为标准样品库,建立相似度计算模型。利用所建模型预测样品近红外光谱的相似度。结果显示:相似度较高的样品,其含量测定数据也较接近平均值。而且近红外光谱还能够反映提取物样品除有效成分含量之外的差异。
A method for quality control of traditional Chinese medicine extracts based on near-infrared spectral similarity was established. The calibration sets and validation sets were randomly divided into five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine extracts. The samples with the similarity of more than 99% of the average spectrum of the calibration set samples were used as the standard sample library to establish the similarity calculation model. The proposed model is used to predict the near-infrared spectral similarity. The results showed that: the samples with higher similarity, the content of the measured data are also closer to the average. Moreover, near-infrared spectroscopy can also reflect differences in extract samples other than the active ingredient content.
