采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和磁性能测试等方法,分析了Tm元素掺杂对Sm Co5晶体结构和内禀磁性能的影响。XRD测试结果表明:Sm Co5和Sm0.8Tm0.2Co5.2均为Ca Cu5结构,掺杂Tm元素后,晶格常数c值增大,而a,b与晶胞体积减小;M-T曲线测试结果表明:Sm Co5和Sm0.8Tm0.2Co5.2的居里温度分别为957和965 K;在测试外加场为7 T的条件下,300 K时Sm Co5的各向异性场HA和饱和磁化强度M7T均高于Sm0.8Tm0.2Co5.2;当温度升高至473 K,Sm Co5的HA和M7T要低于Sm0.8Tm0.2Co5.2,说明Sm Co5中进行Tm元素掺杂可以有效的改善其在高温条件下的磁性能。
The effects of Tm doping on the crystal structure and intrinsic magnetic properties of SmCo5 were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and magnetic properties testing. XRD results show that both Sm Co5 and Sm0.8Tm0.2Co5.2 are Ca Cu5 structures. After doping Tm element, the lattice constant c increases, while the a and b decreases with the unit cell volume. The MT curve results It is shown that the Curie temperatures of Sm Co5 and Sm0.8Tm0.2Co5.2 are 957 and 965 K, respectively. Under the conditions of the test applied field of 7 T, the anisotropy field of Sm Co5 at 300 K and the saturation magnetization M7T Are higher than that of Sm0.8Tm0.2Co5.2. When the temperature rises to 473 K, the HA and M7T of SmCo5 are lower than that of Sm0.8Tm0.2Co5.2, indicating that Tm element doping in SmCo5 can effectively improve its Magnetic properties at high temperature.
