前 言 采用ZL108合金铸造的内燃机铝活塞,通过十余年的生产实践,多次的台架和田间耐久试验及用户反映,公认以P处理后得到过共晶形态组织的合金,其运转特性比Na盐变质得到的亚共晶形态要好。关于影响过共晶形态组织的一些根本问题,如过共晶型组织的形成机理、合金中主要元素的作用,铸件冷却条件的作用等等,已作总结。本文则对影响铸态组织均匀性的其他一些重要因素,即微量合金元素间的相互作用问题做进一步的讨论。
Preface By using ZL108 alloy internal combustion engine aluminum piston, through more than ten years of production practice, many bench and field durability test and user reflection, it is recognized that alloy with hypereutectic morphology after P treatment has better performance than Na Sub-eutectic morphology obtained by salt modification is better. Some of the fundamental problems that affect the morphology of hypereutectic structures, such as the formation mechanism of the hypereutectic structure, the effect of major elements in the alloy, the effect of the cooling conditions of the casting, etc., have been summarized. In this paper, we discuss some other important factors that affect the homogeneity of as-cast microstructure, namely, the interaction between microalloying elements.
