目的了解成都市公共场所卫生状况,为全市公共场所监管提供科学依据。方法依据《公共场所卫生检验方法》对成都市公共场所、公共用品、集中空调通风系统进行采样检测,根据相关标准对监测结果进行评价。结果监测公共场所4 746户,总体合格率为90.69%,合格率最低的是图书馆,合格率为56.25%;监测公共用品40 144件,总体合格率为97.69%,毛巾合格率最低,合格率为94.94%;成都远郊区公共场所空气质量指标与公共用品合格率均低于成都中心城区和近郊区;集中空调通风系统卫生指标总体合格率为86.10%,真菌总数合格率最低,合格率为72.97%。结论成都市公共场所卫生状况总体良好,但仍需进一步改善图书馆等公共场所空气质量,重点加强对远郊区公共场所和全市集中空调通风系统的监管。
Objective To understand the health status of public places in Chengdu and provide a scientific basis for the supervision of public places in the city. Methods Based on the Public Health Inspection Method, samples were collected from public places, public utilities and central air-conditioning and ventilation systems in Chengdu. The monitoring results were evaluated according to relevant standards. Results 4 746 households in public places were monitored, with an overall pass rate of 90.69%. The lowest pass rate was in the library with a pass rate of 56.25%. A total of 40 144 public service items were monitored, with an overall pass rate of 97.69% and a towel pass rate of the lowest pass rate Which is 94.94%. The air quality indexes and the public goods passing rates in public places in suburbs of Chengdu are lower than those in the downtown area and the suburbs of Chengdu. The overall pass rate of health indicators of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system is 86.10%, and the pass rate of the total number of fungi is the lowest with a pass rate of 72.97 %. Conclusion The health conditions in public places in Chengdu are generally good, but the air quality in public places such as libraries should be further improved. The supervision on the centralized air-conditioning and ventilation systems in public places and in the whole city should be strengthened.
