一台ZL40型装载机,中修后试机发现发动机飞轮壳检视口边缘有几滴液压油,且行走缓慢,工作无力,但行走压力正常。该机中修时更换了变矩器和变速器的所有密封件及导轮座、旋转密封环、分动齿轮、变速泵和转向泵。为进一步确定故障部位,将变矩器检视口盖打开。启动发动机发现,液压油沿着泵轮旋转的切线方向外甩,且甩油量随着发动机转速的升高而增多。分析认为主要原因是:转向泵或工作液压泵的骨架油封损坏,导致油箱的液压油窜入变速器;泵轮与涡轮罩接合不平整,液压油从缝隙处直接甩出;变矩器分动齿轮与导轮座间的旋转密封环严重磨损或断裂;变矩器回油管堵塞,造成负压
