一、前言重型压力机整体结构机架的重量和体积受加工、安装及运输条件的限制,不能太大,因而采用分块结构。为了使床身在受外载时不致离缝,需要采用预紧联接。既便是整体结构有时为了使铸造床身只受压力也可采用预紧结构。因而预紧结构用于重型设备比较广泛,其设计合理与否将影响使用的可靠性和经济性。在文献[2]中介绍了变刚度分析及疲劳强度设计,本文在此基础上运用优化理论,提出强度刚度统一考虑的合理设计方法。
