通过水培实验及低钾土壤的盆栽实验,研究了不同供钾水平对玉米苗期吸钾量和钾利用指数的影响及筛选耐低钾玉米基因型的最佳指标、适宜生育时期及钾浓度。结果表明,水培实验的筛选指标为钾利用指数优于吸钾量,筛选的适宜生育时期为6叶期,钾浓度为0.1mmol/L。经筛选初步确认吉单27为较耐低钾胁迫的基因型,先玉335在低钾胁迫条件下为相对敏感基因型。
Through hydroponic experiments and pot experiments with low potassium soil, the effects of different potassium levels on potassium uptake and potassium utilization index in maize seedling and the best indexes for screening low-potassium tolerant maize genotypes were studied, and the suitable growth period and potassium concentration . The results showed that the screening index of hydroponic experiments was that potassium utilization index was better than potassium absorption. The suitable growth period for screening was 6-leaf stage, and the potassium concentration was 0.1 mmol / L. The results showed that Jidan 27 was a more sensitive genotype to Hypothalamus, and Xian Yu 335 was a relatively sensitive genotype under low potassium stress.
