过去两三年,内地和香港互相影响,楼价都升得太快,太高。发展商也很苦恼,因为发现地价越来越高,买不起了;而内地实施的限购等调控政策让市场慢下来,发展商可以有更多机会去买地。
Over the past two to three years, the Mainland and Hong Kong have each affected each other and property prices have risen too fast and too high. Developers are also very upset because land prices are getting higher and higher and they can not afford to buy land. Regulators and other regulatory measures implemented in the Mainland have slowed down the market and developers can have more opportunities to buy land.
