脂多糖即内毒素(LPS)是G~-细菌外膜的主要成份,是G~-细菌感染高发生率和高死亡率的主要原因。为此,已开展了针对LPS的单克隆抗体(MAbs),试图减轻内毒素的全身作用和降低G~-细菌脓毒症的并发率和死亡率,但它的保护机理仍不清楚,本文旨在通过对照一种特殊型抗-LPSMAbs(8D11)IgG和它的F(ab′)_2片段在G~-细菌脓毒症时,对死亡率、菌血症、内毒素血症的影响,以进一步探求抗-LPSMAbs发挥保护作用的机理。
