新教育实验发起人,著名学者朱永新教授在《中国新教育》的论著中,从一位全国“十佳师德标兵”的课堂满意度竟然不到50%的残酷现实出发,对理想课堂进行了追问与探索,提出了他关于理想课堂“三重境界”的见解,使我受益匪浅。基于当前农村初中数学的教学现状,结合自己平时的教学实践,我进行了一些有益的教学尝试和探索,有效地促进了自己的教学生长。
Professor Zhu Yongxin, the founder and chief scholar of the new education experiment, started his study of “China’s New Education” from the cruel reality that less than 50% of the nation’s top ten “ Conducted a questioning and exploration, put forward his views on the ideal classroom ”triple realm", so I benefited. Based on the current teaching status of junior high school mathematics in rural areas, combined with my usual teaching practice, I conducted some useful teaching attempts and exploration to effectively promote their own teaching and development.
