目的:优化当归六黄滴丸的成型工艺。方法:采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计法,以滴丸的外观(圆整度、色泽、粘连等)、丸重变异系数和溶散时限为衡量指标,对药粉与基质配比、PEG6000与PEG4000的配比及滴距等进行了优化。结果:当归六黄滴丸的最佳成型工艺为:药粉与基质的配比为0.5:1,PEG6000与PEG4000的配比为0.6:1,滴距为6.5cm。结论:优化的成型工艺合理可行,所制滴丸具有良好的外观,且丸重差异和溶散时限符合要求。
Objective: To optimize the forming process of Angelica Liuhuang Dripping Pills. Methods: Quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination design method was used to measure the appearance of pills (roundness, color, adhesion, etc.), coefficient of variation of pill weight and dissolution time. The effects of PEG6000 and PEG6000 PEG4000 ratio and drip distance were optimized. Results: The optimal forming process of Angelica Liuhuang Dripping Pill was as follows: the ratio of powder to matrix was 0.5: 1, the ratio of PEG6000 and PEG4000 was 0.6: 1, and the dropping distance was 6.5cm. Conclusion: The optimized molding process is reasonable and feasible. The dripping pills have a good appearance, and the difference of pill weight and the dissolution time limit meet the requirements.
