随着国内外经济形势的重大变化,开发区转型发展迫在眉睫,而产业转型升级则是开发区转型升级的龙头和核心。基于产业经济学视角,结合南京高新区的发展现状,提出了延伸产业链的产业小转型和发展新兴产业的产业大转型的开发区产业转型升级模式,分析了两种转型的特点及其空间规划对策。 With the significant changes in the economic situation at home and abroad, the transformation and development of the development zone is imminent, and the industrial transformation and upgrading are the leading and the core of the transformation and upgrading of the development zone. Based on the perspective of industrial economics, combined with the development status of Nanjing High-Tech Development Zone, this paper proposes a mode of industrial transformation and upgrading in the development zone, which is a small industrial restructuring extending industrial chain and a large industrial restructuring in emerging industries. It also analyzes the characteristics of the two transformations and their spatial planning Countermeasures.
