Through the research on the technical standards of track and field compulsory courses and the students’ achievement standards in Physical Education Department of PE Institute, the objective basis and the objectivity and practicability of the new scoring standards are expounded. Can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of students learning and training, improve teaching quality.
