目的通过对建立医师不良执业行为积分管理制度的必要性进行探讨,并对具体内涵分值设定的合理性和可行性进行研究,为政策制定提供依据。方法医师、管理者群体抽样问卷调查。结果根据具体医师不良行为的严重程度,分别给予1分、2分、4分、6分、12分5个档位的参考分值,管理者打分与参考分值较为一致,医师打分有集中效应。结论医师不良执业行为管理将大大加强医师定期考核工作的效率和效果,但在具体分值设定上应当再做调整,并加强对医师群体的宣传工作。
Objective To explore the necessity of setting up the integral management system for doctors’ bad practice behavior and to study the rationality and feasibility of the setting of concrete content scores to provide the basis for policy making. Methodology Physicians, Managers Group Sampling Questionnaire. Results According to the severity of the specific physician’s bad behavior, the reference scores of 1, 2, 4, 6 and 12 respectively were given. The scores of managers were consistent with the reference scores, and the scores of doctors were concentrated . Conclusion The physician’s bad practice management will greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of physician’s regular assessment. However, adjustments should be made on the setting of specific scores and the publicity of physicians should be strengthened.
