目的探讨全程优质护理干预在无痛胃镜诊疗术中的效果。方法将120例行无痛胃镜检查的患者随机分为A组(n=60)、B组(n=60)。A组给予普通护理;B组实施全程优质护理干预。观察并记录两组患者在检查过程中出现恶心、低血压、呃逆、误吸等不良反应次数,心率、血氧饱和度的变化及患者的护理满意度。结果护理后,B组患者的不良反应总发生率、护理满意度、心率、收缩压、血氧饱和度水平均显著优于A组(P<0.05);两组患者舒张压水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论导致无痛胃镜诊疗不良反应因素很多,在护理过程中应充分重视相关因素的控制,全程优质护理干预在无痛胃镜诊疗术中能消除患者紧张、恐惧心理,减少不良反应的发生率,缩短诊疗时间,有效减轻患者的躯体反应,具有重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of full quality nursing intervention in painless gastroscopy. Methods 120 patients with painless gastroscopy were randomly divided into group A (n = 60) and group B (n = 60). Group A received general nursing; Group B implemented full quality nursing intervention. The changes of nausea, hypotension, hiccups, aspiration and other adverse reactions, heart rate, oxygen saturation and patient satisfaction were observed and recorded in the two groups. Results After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions, nursing satisfaction, heart rate, systolic blood pressure and oxygen saturation in group B were significantly better than those in group A (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between two groups P> 0.05). Conclusion There are many factors in the diagnosis and treatment of painless gastroscopy. In the process of nursing, full attention should be paid to the control of related factors. The whole course of quality nursing intervention can eliminate the tension and fear in patients with painless gastroscopy, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and shorten the time Diagnosis and treatment time, effectively reduce the patient’s body response, has important clinical value.
