This paper describes a new mathematical model for soil erosion and siltation in flat terrain using the theory of approximate analysis of planar runoff (assumed to be moving fluid). The rates of the following processes that occur simultaneously with the erosion and deposition processes are described mathematically : Rainfall separation, sediment deposition and surface runoff on soil transport. The concept of fluid power (StreamPower) is used to express the process of soil transport.Model analysis method will be expressed as a first-order partial differential equation to maintain sediment quality simplified into an ordinary differential Equation, the latter can be analyzed and solved.The results of the solution show that, if according to the four determined soil factors, slope, two independent coverage factors and rainfall, runoff rate, sediment concentration whenever the ground slope along the distance In the same way, the water product and sediment concentration form a silt fluid in a flat position at any time.
