[目的]建立高效液相色谱分离测定60%氟酰胺·嘧菌酯水分散粒剂中有效成分含量的方法。[方法]采用ODS-C_(18)反相色谱柱和二极管列阵检测器(检测波长220 nm),以甲醇-水(磷酸调节pH值至3.0)为流动相,对试样中的氟酰胺和嘧菌酯进行分离,外标法定量分析。[结果]氟酰胺和嘧菌酯线性相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9997,标准偏差分别为0.30和0.28,变异系数分别为0.99%和0.91%,平均回收率分别为99.84%和99.71%。[结论]该方法简便、快捷、分离性好,而且精密度和准确度高、线性关系良好。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of active ingredients in 60% flutamide azoxystrobin aqueous dispersions by high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] With ODS-C 18 reversed-phase column and diode array detector (detection wavelength of 220 nm), methanol-water (pH adjusted to 3.0 by phosphoric acid) as mobile phase, And azoxystrobin separation, external standard quantitative analysis. [Result] The linear correlation coefficients of flutamide and azoxystrobin were 0.9992 and 0.9997, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.30 and 0.28 respectively, and the coefficients of variation were 0.99% and 0.91% respectively. The average recoveries were 99.84% and 99.71% respectively. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, good separation, and high precision and accuracy, good linear relationship.
