目的 :研究胰腺癌组织中c-erbB - 2、nm2 3-H1及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达与生物学行为之间的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法 (SABC)对 39例胰腺导管癌c-erbB - 2 ,nm2 3-H1基因和PCNA的表达进行检测。结果 :39例胰腺导管癌中c -erbB - 2 ,nm2 3-H1基因蛋白的表达率、PCNA增殖指数分别为 46 .15 %、6 6 .6 7%、2 7.5± 16 .4;c-erbB - 2 ,nm2 3-H1与组织学分级有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与临床分期关系不大 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;PCNA增殖指数与组织学分级和临床分期有关 (P <0 .0 1) ;c -erbB - 2 ,nm2 3-H1,PCNA均与淋巴结转移呈正相关。结论 :c -erbB - 2 ,nm2 3-H1,PCNA是反映胰腺癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标
Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of c-erbB-2, nm23-H1 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and biological behavior in pancreatic cancer. Methods: The expressions of c-erbB-2, nm23-H1 and PCNA in 39 cases of pancreatic ductal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry (SABC). Results: The expression rates of c-erbB-2 and nm23-H1 in 39 cases of pancreatic ductal carcinomas were 46.15%, 66.7%, 72.5 ± 16.4, respectively. The expressions of c- The levels of erbB - 2 and nm23 3 - H1 were correlated with histological grade (P <0.05), but not with clinical stage (P> 0.05). The proliferating index of PCNA correlated with histological grade and clinical stage P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between c-erbB-2, nm23-H1, PCNA and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The expressions of c-erbB-2, nm23-H1 and PCNA are important indicators of the biological behavior and prognosis of pancreatic cancer
