目的:研究在分娩第一产程中应用分娩球以及自由体位的实际价值。方法:选取清远市妇幼保健院2015年2月至2016年1月接收的80例分娩产妇,结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组,对照组行常规护理,在对照组基础上,观察组使用分娩球以及自由体位,对比两组第一产程疼痛评分及产程时间、产中出血量以及分娩方式。结果:两组第一产程疼痛评分和产程时间、产中及产后出血量比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组自然分娩率是90.0%,对照组自然分娩率是72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在分娩第一产程中应用分娩球以及自由体位能够有效地减少分娩疼痛和出血量以及产程时间,能够改善分娩结局。
Objective: To study the practical value of applying a delivery ball and free position in the first stage of labor. Methods: Eighty pregnant women receiving delivery in Qingyuan MCH from February 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing. In the control group Based on the observation group using the delivery ball and free position, compared the two groups of first-stage pain score and labor time, the amount of bleeding in the delivery and delivery mode. Results: The pain scores of the first stage of labor in the two groups were significantly different from those of labor, delivery and postpartum hemorrhage (P <0.01). The natural delivery rate was 90.0% in the observation group and 72.5% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The delivery of labor balls and free position in the first stage of labor can effectively reduce the pain and bleeding during labor and the time of labor, which can improve the outcome of delivery.
