目的对首乌胶囊的遗传毒性进行研究,评价其安全性。方法根据《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》(GB15193-2003)对首乌胶囊进行Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验。结果各剂量组Ames试验、微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性。结论在本实验条件下首乌胶囊未显示有遗传毒性作用。 Objective To study the genetic toxicity of Shouwu capsule and evaluate its safety. Methods According to “Food Safety Toxicology Evaluation Program and Method” (GB15193-2003), Ames test was conducted on Shouwu Capsule, micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cells and sperm abnormality test in mice. Results The results of Ames test, micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test in each dose group were negative. Conclusions Shouwu capsule did not show genotoxic effects under the experimental conditions.
