在中职学校目前推进的“工学交替”教育模式下,学生成为学校和企业的共同培养对象,学生的身份在在校生与企业员工间交替转换。与传统中职教育模式相区别,该培养模式下的班级管理体制及班级文化也在发生变化。笔者立足于物质文化的角度,以深圳市新鹏职业高级中学“工学交替”模式下班级环境文化建设过程中的实践效果为例,从提出思考与解决的问题出发,对该模式下中职学校班级环境文化建设做了系列的研究和规划,探索出具体的实施步骤,并提供了可行的实施方案。
Under the current mode of “education alternation” between secondary vocational schools, students become the common training objects of schools and enterprises, and the identity of students alternates between students and employees. Different from the traditional mode of secondary vocational education, the class management system and the class culture under the training mode are also changing. Based on the material and cultural perspectives, the author takes the practice effect in the process of class environment culture construction in Shenzhen Xinpeng Vocational High School “Engineering Alternating ” mode as an example. From the point of thinking and solving, Vocational school class environment and cultural construction done a series of research and planning to explore the specific steps to implement and provide a viable implementation of the program.
